Please leave your apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and put your key card into the box in the entrance area. Later check-ins until noon for a fee of €20 are only possible upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.

All prices include free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, initial equipment coffee, tea and towels. The local tax is not included: €3 per person aged 14 and above.

In case of a fire alarm, leave the building via the marked emergency exits and follow the instructions of the fire brigade. Smoking or use of an open fire is not allowed inside the premises. If improper conduct triggers a false alarm and the fire brigade is called, the person responsible for the false alarm must bear the costs of the operation.

Charging WITHOUT app:

1. Scan the QR code on the charging station with a QR code scanner of your choice or your mobile phone camera. You will be redirected to a website. Select „payment by credit card“.

2. Next you will see the costs for the station. Select the desired charging time, deposit your credit card information and accept the terms of use. Info: Stripe reserves € 50 on the credit card and returns the difference after the charging process is finished.

3. If you wish, you can leave an e-mail address for the receipt.

4. Then click on „activate“ and the charging process will start.

We do the laundry once per week – for a fee. Additional changes for bedclothes or towels are available for a fee.

If you would like to request our laundry services, send us an email with your wishes to freshup@alp-living.tirol. If you would like to wash your clothes, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement for a fee.

Begin with a relaxed start to your day and have some bread or a breakfast basked delivered directly to your apartment. Refer to the section Services for further details.

If you are looking for the perfect gift, a gift certificate is always a great option. It is something that your family or friends will be happy about and you can choose yourself what you want, it always goes down well and gives a lot of pleasure.

We offer gift vouchers for relaxing moments, sporting experiences or even something quick. For every occasion is certainly the right voucher for your loved ones.

You can use our free Wi-Fi in the entire building. You will receive the password upon your arrival at the apartment.

In our ski room there is a heated boot dryer and enough storage space for your equipment.

For 15€ we can provide you with a cot for the duration of your stay.

The closest bus stop is in Kirchstraße (in front of the Spar supermarket). You can buy the tickets at the parking and ticket machines or at vvt.at.

The Innsbruck Card includes free entry to many important tourist attractions, the journey up the Nordkette mountain, the use of all public transport in Innsbruck, the Sightseer hop-on hop-off bus and much more. You can purchase the Innsbruck Card at in the Innsbruck tourist information centre or in the tourism office Axams.

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance with a European travel insurance company.

There is one reserved garage parking space per apartment. Simply drive through the speedlane with automatic number plate recognition technology into the underground carpark. There are four charging stations for electric cars available.

Pets are allowed. Price € 15,-/day.

There will be no traditional reception desk on site.

In winter, you can use the free ski bus. The bus stops are next to the Spar supermarket (in the direction of Axamer Lizum) and at Götznerhof (in the direction of Muttereralm).

We try to keep the cancellation costs as low as possible for you. If we manage to rent out the apartment you had booked to another person, we will not charge you.
